Terms & Conditions

    Reservations and Payment:

  1. For reservations made 15 days or more prior to commencement of stay 20% advance payment is required at the time of booking. Written confirmation will be provided upon receipt of this payment. The balance is then due 15 days prior to commencement of stay unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. When and advance payment has been made by credit card the balance will automatically be debited.
  2. For reservations made within 15 days of the commencement of stay then full payment is required at the time of booking.
  3. Should we of necessity have to change your reservation in any way we will guarantee to offer alternative accommodation or a full refund.
  4. Should any amendments or alterations be made to a reservation, it maybe necessary to make an administration charge.
  5. Cancellation:

  6. In the event of a cancellation a full refund will be made on condition that notification in writing is received (and acknowledged by us) 15 days prior to commencement of stay.
  7. In the event of cancellation being received within 15 days prior to commencement of stay no refund will be made. Any exception to this condition will be at the discretion of Knight International.
  8. Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a cancellation after 24hrs. at the discretion of Knight International.
  9. No refund will be made for early termination of a reservation except at the discretion of Knight International.
  10. General:

  11. All apartments will require a credit card imprint (or cash, if no credit card is held) upon arrival against telephone charges, damage etc.
  12. All extras must be paid for prior to departure otherwise credit cards will automatically be debited for outstanding accounts.
  13. We cannot at any time be held responsible for any bank charges.
  14. We shall be obliged to increase our tariff should currency rates or government taxes be increased.
  15. Knight International is unable to accept responsibility for errors, omissions, photographs and information in our brochures, nor in those provided by third parties.
  16. Transfers and meals are not normally included in the cost.
  17. All taxes are included in our rates, with the exception of local taxes charged at certain properties in Australia, France, The Netherlands and Switzerland.
  18. We regret that we are unable to accept responsibility for loss of luggage or valuables, nor for injury or illness and therefore we strongly recommend that full travel insurance is purchased prior to travel.
